(IV. a. Fab. et Sebast.) A kapornaki konvent előtt Gersei Pethő Miklós – név szerint felsorolt öt fia nevében is – részeiket a Zala megyei Paly és a Vas megyei Gykynes possessiókban 100 magyar arany forinért a visszaváltásig Zenthersebeth-i Theryek György fiainak: Lászlónak, Illésnek és Albertnek elzálogosította, ha nem tudná őket a zálog birtokában megtartani, akkor hasonló értékű résszel Isthwand (Zala vm.) oppidumban kárpótolhatnák magukat. – Papír – Hátl.rány.p.nyomai – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila) KAPORNAKI KONVENT
