Vas vármegye hatósága Mortonfolwa-i deák Péter kérésére tartott vizsgálat során megállapította, hogy Martonfolwa-i Dénes fia: Gergely Mortonfolwa-i Dénes tanácsára a panaszos földjét, rétjét, ökrökkel, kocsival összejárta s ezzel 3 forintnál több kárt okozott. Martonfalvi Dénes a panaszost még házai felgyujtásával is megfenyegette. Papír. Hátlapján három, viszonylag ép gyűrűspecsét. ”pudorem super eum factum pro homagione sui exponentis non recepisset”. VAS MEGYE
