Zápolyai István nádor és Hathalom-i László fia: Lázár s a testvérei között a nádor Veszprém megyei Novap nevű possessiója és erdeje s a Hathalom-iak ugyancsak Veszprém megyei Lak és Dalka nevű possessiójának határai miatt támadt viszályt, probi viri közbenjöttével, úgy oldották meg, hogy a csornai konvent tanuskodása mellett a vitás ingatlanokat 2 egyenlő része osztják. – Papír – Szöveg alatt papírfelzetes gy.pecsét – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Komjáthy) SZAPOLYAI ISTVÁN NÁDOR
