Sopron vármegye hatósága: a király által most indítandó hadjárat költségeire pénzt kell adniok, minthogy azonban ennek szűkében vannak, Chernelhaza-i Chernel Bálint és Saagh-i Balázs szolgabíráktól az oklevélben részletezett feltételek szerint kölcsön vesznek 50 Ft-ot. – ”dicatores, exactores ac connumeratores ... conseuatoresque et dispositores pecuniarum nostrarum”, ”contributionem exigere”, sallaria reddere”, siue Regia Maiestat deponat exercitum suum, siue non” – Papír, foltos, kisebb lyukakkal – Szöveg alatt gyűrűs pecsét töredéke, kettő nyoma – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Komjáthy) SOPRON MEGYE
