Trencsén megye hatósága Aranias-i Gáspár nemes, Ledniche várnagya kérésére Akoshaza-i Sarkan Ambrus javára Guth-i Orsag Ferenc ellen tanúkihallgatást foganatosított Sárkány juhainak elhajtása ügyében. Eredeti, papír, a hajtások mentén szakadt, dilettánsul ragasztva. A szöveg alatt három viszonylag ép gyűrűspecsét.
