8. d. quind. Michaelis. A vasvári káptalan I. Lajos királynak. Amikor a király 1355. október 6-i parancsára Miklós, zágrábi püspököt királyi új adomány címén be akarták vezetni Pető fia, Miklós részeinek a birtokába, annak Makua-i Márk fia, Pető ellentmondott, és ezért őt a püspök ellenében mindenszentek nyolcadára (nov. 8.) a királyi prézencia elé perbe idézték.
