13. d. II. p. Resurr. Az aradi káptalan II. Lajos király 1525. március 31-i parancsa alapján be akarván iktatni Chybak Imre temesi comest az Arad megyei Menefy possessio birtokába, Pethew Antal és név szerint felsorolt rokonai, valamint Pethew Ferenc és ugyancsak név szerint felsorolt rokonai nevében nemcsak ennek az iktatásnak, hanem a hűtlenségbe esett Pethew György bárhol fekvő birtokaiba való iktatásnak is ellene mondottak.
