Exalt S. Crucis. A nyitrai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy I. Lajos király parancsára Nezlusa possessió birtokába (Trencsén megye) királyi adomány címén – a bizonyságlevélben foglalt határokkal – Mezeulak-i László fia Miklós mestert ellentmondás nélkül bevezették. Eredeti, csonka szöveg, szöveg alatt ABC chirographum, hártya, több helyen rongyolt és hiányos, csonka függő pecsét.
