Garai Miklós nádor azt a pert, melyet Makua-i Pető fia Tamás indított Kont Miklós néhai nádor fiai: Bertalan és Miklós mesterek ellen Gerd possessió (Vas m.) statuciójánál bejelentett ellentmondásuk miatt, az alperesek érdekében kiadott királyi parancsra Szent Mihály nyolcadára (okt. 6.) halasztja. Eredeti, papír, zöld viaszú csonka zárópecsét.
