Azt a pert, melyet Gersei Pető fia, János, fia, László indított a vasvári káptalan tanúvallató és perbehívó levelében foglalt ügyben Nádasdi András fia, Gáspár és Nádasdi Gál özvegye a királyi speciális prézencia előtt, propter absentiam prelatorum et baronum nostrorum nobiscum iudicare debentium Jakab apostol nyolcadára (aug. 1.) halasztja Zsigmond király.
