Brassó. Pentec. Zsigmond király elrendeli a zalai konventnek Gersei Pető fia, János, fiai: László, Zala és Vas megyék ispánja, Pető és Dénes királyi adomány címén történő bevezetését a Zala megyei Rezy vára és Zala megyében fekvő tartozékai: Rezy hegy, Keztel oppidum, Kezy, Syd, Ffalwd s Tholmad possessiók, a Tholmad-i vám és Zywunewenfelde prédium birtokába.
