A vasvári káptalan jelenti Zsigmond királynak, hogy a király 1423. szeptember 23-i parancsára Vas megyében megtartott tanúvallatás bizonyította, hogy minden úgy történt meg, amint a mandátum tartalmazta, ezért Nádasdi Gáspárt Nadasd possessióból Chernel özvegye ellen Mindenszentek nyolcadára (november 8.) a királyi prézencia elé perbe idézték.
