Azt a pert, melyet Gersei Pető fia János, fia: László, Pető és Dénes néhai Apathy-i Orman György által a Zala megyei Apathy possessióban birtokolt rész statuciójánál bejelentett ellentmondásuk miatt indítottak Apathy-i Kopaz Péter fia Miklós, Egeruar-i Mihály fia Balázs, Szántói Bottka Benedek fia Péter és többi, név szerint felsorolt társaik ellen, propter absentiam prelatorum et baronum regni Szent Mihály nyolcadára (okt. 6.) halasztja Garai Miklós nádor.
