Buda. 36. d. oct. Michaelis. A Gersei Pető fia János, fia László felperes és Nádasdi Darabos János alperes között Zsigmond király korábbi ítéletlevelében foglalt ügy miatt folyó per discussiójának terminusát propter absentiam prelatorum et baronum nostrorum nobiscum iudicare debentium vízkereszt nyolcadára (1429. jan. 13.) halasztja ugyancsak a speciális prézencia elé.
