A Gersei Pető fia János fia László felperes és Felsőlindvai Herceg Péter mester alperes között a vasvári káptalan proklamációs levelében foglalt ügy miatt folyó per discussiójának terminusát és a kivetett bírságok megfizetésének határidejét általános királyi perhalasztó parancsra Szent Mihály nyolcadára (október 6.) halasztja.
