A nádor törvényszéke előtt Kusthan-i László fia Dániel, tiltakozott az ellen, hogy Zenthgergh-i Apor fia néhai István, teljes jogon őt illető birtokrészeit Marcali Miklós vajda fiai: Imre és János és Marcali Dénes bán fiai: György és István, a maguk részére hatalmaskodva elfoglalták, egyben őket a néhai István Zala megyei birtokrészei elfoglalásától és azok hasznai szedésétől eltiltja.
