A kapornaki konvent jelenti Garai Miklós nádornak, hogy amikor 1431. június 29-i parancsára Ola possessió birtokába István fiát, Gergelyt, örök jogon be akarták vezetni, annak az Ola-ról nevezett család név szerint felsorolt tagjai ellentmondottak, amiért őket Szent Mihály nyolcadára (okt. 6.) a nádor elé megidézték.
