Garai Miklós nádor a Gersei Pető fia, János, fia, László felperes és a Csányi család név szerint felsorolt tagjai, alperesek között, ez utóbbiak által a Vas megyei Nagthylay possessióban levő királyi jog statuciójánál bejelentett ellentmondásuk miatt folyó perben a tárgyalás terminusát a felek ügyvédjeinek kívánságára Szent Mihály nyolcadára (okt. 6.) halasztja.
