Gersei Pető fia János fiai: László és Pető kérésére elrendeli, hogy őket Borbála asszony – Egeruar-i Tamás fia Kelemen felesége – által Myhalfolua, Zenthpeterfolua, Janusfolua, Frenceskesfelde, Iwahonfelde és Zema possessiókban bírt részeibe vezessék be, mert e részek őket omnis juris titulo megilletik.
