Albert király a nádornak, az országbírónak és minden bírói funkcionáriusnak. Tudomására hozza címzetteknek, hogy Gersei Pető fiának Jánosnak fia Pető, aule nostre miles, Csehországban a király szolgálatában van elfoglalva, ezért nem tud pereiben felelni, megparancsolja tehát, hogy mind az általa, mind az ellene indított pereket Vízkereszt nyolcadára /1439. jan. 13./ halasszák el. – Szöveg felett jobbról kanc. felj. – Szöveg alatt piros viaszú, papirfelzetes rány. ép pecsét.
