I.Ulászló király Gersei Lászlónak és Petőnek, Zala megye comeseinek. A király úgy rendelkezik, hogy a címzettek egyike, mint speciális ambasistor noster cum aliis similiter ad id deputandis in Kewzeg pro conventione nostrorum et regis Romanorum ambasistorum in proximo fienda jelenjék meg, a másik pedig az országlakók pesti generalis congregacióján vegyen részt, amely Szent Márton ünnepén /nov.11./ lesz. – Papírfelzetes, piros viaszú zárópecsét. – Szöveg felett jobbról kanc. felj.
