Szilveszter a leveldi monostor priorja és a konvent nyugtatják Gersei Pető fiait: Lászlót és Petőt, miután ezek nekik az esztergomi érsek által kiadott kötelező levél értelmében az abban kitűzött terminuson, Jakab apostol ünnepén (júl.25.) Zala megye Tapolcza székének szolgabírája jelenlétében 55 aranyforintot megfizettek.Utolsó öt sorában kisebb hiány. – Szöveg alatt papírfelzetes ép rányomott pecsét.
