Garai László nádor a somogyi konventnek. Gersei László és Pető és név szerint felsorolt gyermekeik azt a kérést terjesztették a nádor elé, hogy vezessék be őket zálog jogon a Marczali család név szerint felsorolt tagjai Somogy megyei Segesd oppidumban és Bolhas, Vduarnak, Gezthenye s Gadan possessiókban levő részei és Athad possessió vámjának birtokába; ezt a nádor el is rendeli.
