A somogyi konvent jelenti Garai László nádornak, hogy 1452 szeptember 2.-i parancsára Segusd oppidum, Bolhes, Gezthenie s ... possessiók részeibe és az Athad possessióban szedett vám egy részének birtokába zálogjogon Gersei Lászlót és Petőt és gyermekeiket – a név szerint felsorolt szomszédok jelenlétében – ellentmondás nélkül bevezették.
