Vingárti Geréb Péter országbíró előtt Zenthmyhal-i Palffy Bálint vallotta, hogy Maykowcz-i Mátétól 28 arany forintot vett kölcsön, amelyet, ha az oklevélben megadott határidőre nem adna meg, leköti Verőce megyei Vgrynowcz possessiobeli kilenc, megült jobbágytelkét. – A szöveg alatt jobbra: Lecta per magistrum Gereczy. – Erősen elmosódott, foltos. – A szöveg alatt pecsét töredéke. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Komjáthy).
