A somogyi konvent Pernez-i Pál Gimesi Forgách Benedek általa 100 arany forintért zálogban bírt részeit a Somogy megyei Wasarosmernye possessióban, melyeket a szomszédság jogán Gergellaka-i Buzlay László akar magához váltani, ennek átadja a tőle kapott 72 arany forintért, a zálogössegből még fennmaradó részt pedig Forgách Benedeknek elengedte.
