Vig. Mathei. Ország Mihály nádor a nyitrai káptalannak. Keresken-i Thwroczy Péter fia Benedek panaszt terjesztett elő, amely szerint Gimesi Forgách Miklós fia Péter 42 arany forintot kölcsönzött a panaszos atyjától, Thwroczy Pétertől és azt neki nem fizette vissza, sőt halála után fiának, a panaszos Benedeknek sem adta meg a pénzt; elrendeli a nádor az adós Forgách Péter fia Gergely inszinuációval Szent Mihály nyolcadára /okt. 6./ történő perbehivását a panaszos ellenében a nádori prézencia elé.
