A nyitrai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Gimesi Forgách Félix a neki Zápolyai István nádor által megitélt tisztító esküt a név szerint felsorolt eskütársaival letette arra vonatkozóan, hogy a garamszentbenedeki konvent Thazar és Naghwezeken possessiói /Bars m./ határában erdőket nem égetett fel. – Hátlapján töredezett rányomott pecsét töredéke. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
