Az aradi káptalan II.Ulászló király 1504. augusztus 31-i parancsára Pakos-i Mihályt – a név szerint felsorolt szomszédok jelenlétében – ellentmondás nélkül bevezették Rekas oppidum és a hozzá tartozó, a mandátumban felsorolt possessiók részeinek és azokban levő királyi jognak birtokába. – Néhány helyen kissé szakadt, hiányos. – Függőpecsét zsinórja. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
