Hradischa. VI. a. Antonii. Zsigmond király meghagyja Forgách Péter volt királynői ajtónálló mesternek, Nyitra megye ispánjának, hogy Elephanti-i Miklós, Zeredahel-i Pál és Tamás, Sabokrechy-i János és György meg Somzeg-i László összes Nyitra megyei birtokait a király részére foglalja le, mert ezek a király rendeletére nem vonultak hadba.
