Perényi Péter országbíró azt a pert, melyet a garamszentbenedeki apát: Miklós indított a zobori konvent perbeidézésről szóló jelentésében foglalt ügy miatt Gimesi Forgách Miklós fia János ellen, az alperes Forgách János kívánságára Vízkereszt nyolcadára (január 13.) halasztotta.
