György esztergomi érsek által a zobori konvent tanúvallató és perbehívó jelentésében foglalt ügyben Gimesi Forgách Miklós fiai: János, István és Imre, meg özvegye ellen indított pert, a felek ügyvédjeinek kívánságára Szent Mihály nyolcadára (okt. 6.) halasztja Pálóci Máté országbíró, és a bírságot megkétszerezi.
