A zobori konvent jelenti Zsigmond királynak, hogy az 1423. január 2-i parancsára Nyitra megyében megtartott tanúvallatás bizonyította, hogy a hatalmaskodás úgy történt meg, amint azt a panaszosok előadták, illetve amint azt a mandátum tartalmazta.
