Berench-i Sáfár István fia: Szilveszter, felperes és Gimesi Forgách Imre és Péter, alperesek között folyó, a nyitrai káptalan perbehívásról szóló jelentésében foglalt pert a felperes érdekében kiadott királyi parancsra, amely szerint ez a király ügyeiben Prágában van elfoglalva, vízkereszt nyolcadára (okt. 13.) halasztja.
