Az országnagyok a pert, melyet Appon-i László és János indítottak Gimesi Forgách János és Imre, Zewlos-i Pál meg név szerint felsorolt társaik, s ugyancsak név szerint felsorolt Forgách János és Imre Komyathi és Welchech possessiókban /Nyitra m./ lakó jobbágyai ellen a nyitrai káptalan perbehívó jelentésében foglalt ügyben, a felek kivánságára Szent György nyolcadára /máj. 1./ halasztják.
