Az országnagyok a nyitrai káptalan királyi ítélet végrehajtásáról szóló jelentésében foglalt, Gimesi Forgách Miklós unokája: a kiskorú Félix felperes és Guti Ország Mihály alperes közt folyó perben a ”communis inquisitio”-ról szóló jelentés bemutatására kitűzött Vízkereszt nyolcada határnapot (jan. 13.) ”rationabili de causa” Jakab apostol nyolcadára (aug. 1.) halasztja. – Zárópecsét töred. – Hátlapján felj. a per további folyamára.
