Szepes megye tanusítja, hogy Gergew-i Benedek és testvére: László kérésére kiküldte Czeppanffalwa-i ... Mihály szolgabírót, Ker...-i Jordán fia Györgyöt és Rethe-i ...-t vizsgálat tartására. A Gergew-i birtokon tartott vizsgálat során megállapították, hogy Gergew-i Simon az itteni kocsmában hatalmaskodott Benedek és László Gyenko nevű familiárisával. - Papír, restaurált, hiányos - Szöveg alatt 4 gyűrűspecsét töredéke - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Érszegi) SZEPES MEGYE
