II. p. Iudica videlicet in passione Domini. A szepesi káptalan előtt Gargow-i Illés fia, László, fiai: György és vitéz (miles strenuus) Benedek, valamint Ferenc, szepesi dékánkanonok egyrészről, másrészről pedig Gargow-i András fia, Péter, fia, Miklós és Miklós fia, Péter, rokonaik nevében is megosztoznak a Szepes megyei Gargow-i birtokukon az oklevélben részletezett határok szerint. Eredeti, hártya, barna-fehér zsinóron függőpecsét. A passio Domini március 25-re esik, az Iudica vasárnap utáni hétfő azonban március 18-ra. Valószínű, hogy virágvasárnap utáni hétfőre gondolt l.
