I. Ulászló király Zarkad-i László fia Lászlónak és rokonainak adja érdemeiért a Torda megyei Jarawara várat, Banya, Felsewiara, Alsoiara, Surdwk, Remethe, Berkes, Zarkad, Send, Boldocz birtokokat és a Kolozs megyei Tothhaza birtokot, amelyek Iara-i László fia Miklós magtalan halála miatt szálltak a királyra. Pecsételése nincs, feltehetően azért, mert levágták az oklevél alsó részét. ULÁSZLÓ 1 KIRÁLY
