János mester gömöri főesperes tanúsítja, hogy előtte személyesen megjelent Choltou-i Detre fia: Mihály comes felesége: Klára asszony és az esztergomi érsek vagy vikáriusa, vagy a gömöri főesperes előtti mindennemű ügyeiben (causis et articulis), különösen pedig szolgái és szolgálói visszaszerzése ügyében (super requisitione mancipiorum seu ancillarum suarum) ügyvédjeiül nevezett férjét: Mihályt, továbbá Gal fiát: Pált és Beretke fiát: Sándort - Choltou-i nemeseket - vallotta.
