(sab. a. Nicolai) Buda. Peren-i Imrének, Abaúj megye örökös ispánjának, Magyarország nádorának, a kunok bírájának az előzőével azonos tartalmú vizsgálati levele a garamszentbenedeki konventhez Kwsaw-i Jwsth András (egr.) érdekében, Gywlafalwa-i Dániel nemes és Moon Péter (circumsp.) Beszterce városi bíró, továbbá Zapolya-i János (ill. et magn.) Zklabyna-i várnagya: Maytheen-i Rafael ellenében (lásd Borsa, Justh-regeszták 657. sz.). - Eltérő írásmód: Kwsaw, Borysso, de Bordan (Dobordan de Hora helyett), Vethewfalwa(!). - A nádori emberek sorában még Dwlafalwa-i Márk is szerepel. - Átírta a garamszentbenedeki konvent 1507. január 3-án kelt jelentésében. - Regeszta forrása: Publikált regeszta (Borsa Iván): Justh 658.
