Miklós nádor, a kúnok bírája azt a pert, amelyet biri-i Tamás indított a pozdun-i Gergely által képviselt Simon fia: Imre, valamint Iván fiai: László, András és Demeter ellen, a király parancsára Szent Mihály ünnepének nyolcadáról (okt. 6.) Szent Márton ünnepének nyolcadára (nov. 18.) halasztja, mert Iván fia: András királyi szolgálatban van, s alperes társai nélküle nem voltak hajlandók a pert folytatni.
