Fülek [Fylek]. A füleki bíró, s az összes polgárok és telepesek bizonyítják, hogy tudatják Simon fiával: Imre mesterrel, hogy az egyrészt György fia: Péter füleki polgár, másrészt pedig Miklós szabó és Pál mészáros, kállói idegen telepesek között folyó peres ügyben György fia: Péter ártatlan. A tanúbizonyításnak azért nem tudott a kellő időben eleget tenni, mert tanúja: Chaco időközben meghalt. Papíron, zárópecsét töredékével.
