A jászói konvent jelenti, hogy Zenthmyhal-i Sebestyén fia Péter a most idegen kezekben levő részét a Sáros megyei Zenthmyhal possessióban, a possessió felét, ráiratja örök jogon Gelnecz-i Dwrholch Pálra, meg Kristóf, Vilmos és Pál nevű fiaira, akik ennek fejében kötelesek őt élete végéig méltóan gondozni, ellátni és ruházni. - Függőpecsét csonkja. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
