Ország Mihály nádor bizonyítja, hogy Tapaz-i Jakab egy részről és Kysazonfalwa-i István fia: János más részről a közöttük a Baranya megyei Owzd possessió felének birtoklásáért folyó pert közös akaratból Vízkereszt nyolcadjára halasztották és egyben alávetették magukat az általuk megválasztandó hat fogott bíró Zenthtrinitas possessióban a pécsi káptalan hites embere jelenlétében meghozandó ítéletének. - Két helyen kissé csonka, halványult írás. - Hátlapján rányomott pecsét helye.
