A nyitrai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Wyfalw-i Zomor Barnabás a maga, név szerint felsorolt gyermekei és más társai nevében a királyt a Nyitra megyei Nagsaag, Kyssag és Gergelfalwa, meg a Pozsony megyei Gyekenesmached s Pwsthapagy possessióik eladományozásától, Kothky-i Koth Pétert és név szerint feljegyzett társait pedig e possessiók felkérésétől és birtokbavezettetéstől eltiltja. - Hátlapján kissé kitöredezett rányomott pecsét.
