Palocz-i László országbiró meghagyja a somogyi konventnek, közölje Vidy-i Péterrel és név szerint felsorolt társaival, hogy Kysfalud-i János fia: Benedek részét a Sopron megyei Kysfalud possessióban el akarja idegeniteni és minthogy annak megszerzése elsősorban őket illeti meg, vegyék meg a birtokrészt, mert ellenkező esetben szabadon bárkinek eladhatja.
