A csornai konvent jelentése Palocz-i László országbiró 1451-ben kelt, a konventhez intézett statuciós parancsa végrehajtásáról, amelyben a név szerint felsorolt Myhaly-i nemesek bevezetését rendelte el a Sopron megyei Zekas predium birtokába. - Csonka szöveg, 2 részre szakadva, igen szakadozott, az alsó része erősen csonka, az exekucio túlnyomó része hiányzik. - Zárópecsét maradv.
