A kapornaki konvent bizonyítja, hogy előtte János Kerezthwr-i plébános nyugtatja Sythk-i Gothárd fiát: Jánost 4 1/2 forintnak kezéhez történt lefiizetését illetően, amely összeg fele annak a 9 forint zálogösszegnek melyet Mihály Pathay-i áldozár mint a Zala megyei Warfewlde birtokban neki Bessenyew-i Gergely által elzálogosított birtokrész zálogösszegét végrendeletében a Kerezthwr-i egyházra hagyott.
