Warda-i Pál veszprémi püspök megerősíti azt a szerződést, amelyben a püspökségi jövedelmek adminisztrátorai, Hederwar-i István, a püspökség Kapornakkos nevű tizedkerületét 300 forintért Zapolya-i János erdélyi vajdának eladta. Eredeti, papír, 2 darabra szakadva, a szakadásnál hiányos. Szöveg alatt piros viaszú, papírfelzetes, ép rány. gyűrűs p. Szöveg alatt jobbról sk. aláírás. Veszprémi püspök dézsmái.
